Val and Jasper came to visit for a whole week! We had a blast!
We took the boys to the SC Strawberry Festival down the street form our house...lots of fun things to look at. They were both still asking to go back days later :)
The we drove down to Hunting Island SC to go camping. We pretty much just walked on the beach for a few days :)
Nathan and Jasper played so well together...it was really nice!
We convinced Jasper to have some strawberries left over from the festival. It's hard to pass up juicy cold berries on a hot beach!

The kids went swimming in a lagoon while Allan fished (well they started out fishing but it was pretty hot...and it doesn't take much for dipping your feet in the water to turn into this)

On the way home we stopped at a nice riverfront park in Beaufort SC. The boys got to play on the playground and have ice cream.

All and all...an awesome trip! So glad Val was able to come down to visit. We had suck a great time!
