A bit late with this post, and the picture was taken a few weeks ago now :p
My baby is growing into a big boy! He seems to have gotten so much bigger since Christmas. When we put up the tree a week before Christmas, he was content to army crawl over to it and just look at the lights. When we put it away last weekend he was in full crawling mode, pulling off the lower ornaments and climbing up and peering into the storage bins! Ahhhh...so in the past few weeks Nathan has started crawling EVERYWHERE, and he surprised me once by standing up in his crib. He pulls up on things sometimes, and he's thrilled to explore the house. His daycare has some big soft gymnastic blocks that he loves to crawl on. He also has 3 teeth poking through on top, which has made for a rough couple weeks. We started going to the pool once a week, and he starts swim lessons this weekend. And...some pictures!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Well, we had a great Christmas! It makes me happy to think about how exciting the holidays will be in the years to come. Also I had a week and a half off of work so that was pretty awesome :)
Nathan really likes our Christmas tree, and enjoys petting its needles.
We started a new Christmas eve tradition of baking banana bread (no cookies yet)...
Our cat, Panther, looooves the tree
Christmas morning waiting for Daddy to wake up
Opening presents!
He knows just what everything is for...chewing on!
Nathan even got to share some of our Christmas dinner: roast beef, potatoes, green beans, and sweet potatoes :D
It's also neat that he can play with his toys now!
And finally: Happy New Year!
