Hard to believe our little guy is two months old! Time flies, and he has changed so much! I'm slowly getting over the fact that, yes, babies grow...
I chose this photo because it really sums up my little guy right now...looking at everything! Here he is smiling at his fish.
This shirt was the first thing I made for him, back when i was only a few months pregnant. I just love him so much...
Here he is playing with Daddy while waiting to get his 2 month shots. Of course I was worried and of course he did just fine...
For comparison, here's our buddy boy last week...
...and on the day we brought him home from the hospital!

Things are changing and babies are growing...
We've had a lot of changes these past couple of weeks...
When I had to go back to work, I was very lucky to have my Mom stay with us to help us with the transition. After she left, Allan stayed home for a week, and now Nathan goes to daycare 3 days a week. It's been a tough transition, and I still hate the though of those other people snuggling on my baby all day. But, I know he's being taken care of and that they will take good care of him.
He's also growing like a weed! In the past few weeks he's become much more aware of his surroundings, and can definitely see things farther away. He enjoys looking at his toys, and smiles for us when we sing him songs or do silly things. He also is "finding his voice"...we've heard a lot of funny squeals the past couple days!
But...on to the photo bomb!
Before my Mom left, we took a trip to the botanical gardens nearby...here I am running under a fountain with the babeh (he didn't get wet, but next time we take him I'm sure he will!)
Looking around, and taking in all the sights...
He actually slept through most of the walk, but had a GREAT time looking at some the paintings in the lobby of the visitor center. There were a lot of big, bold flower paintings done by the local schools, and he was enthralled :)
Crazy horned tree...
He loves his mirror and book, and is able to entertain himself for a few minutes in his crib
Taking some photos for his baby book
My Mom made Nathan an awesome mobile of different birds, and hung it from a branch she found in our yard. It looks awesome, and he loves it!
This bouncy chair has been around for...literally decades now. I need to dig up some pictures of me in it!
Like many babies, he has now discovered the ceiling fan! He loves to chat with his friend Fan while I fold laundry.
My little mermaid :)
I got this book out the other day, and he really enjoys looking at all the colorful pictures. He kindof hates tummy time, so this is a good distraction for him.
Sleeping babies are the best :)
I think it looks like he is wearing a toga here...kindof mad and waiting to be fed.
This cat is his favorite toy!
Like I said...the best :)
I came home from work one day and found my boys all tuckered out...I love my little family :)
