Christmas Time!

We hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday! We miss our families so much, so take lots of pictures so we can see how everyone's doing!

Half a YEAR!!

Yeah, so somehow this baby was born half a year ago...crazy.  He's really getting big now! In the past couple weeks he started sitting on his own and army crawling! I'm not ready for my little baby to be a big baby yet! Well, see for yourself:

Oh Michigan!

For Thanksgiving we took a looong trip to visit everyone in Michigan.  The drive was 13.5 hours, but Nathan did so much better than I had hoped.  It was really good to see everyone, and I really wished we lived closer so we could get together more often.  But...it was a very fun and exciting trip.  Nathan had a great time: he got to play with Grandpa and Nana every day, sleep in the bed with Mama every night, and got to meet so many new people :)

5 Months!

Well, our little guy is 5 months now...he's just growing up so fast! Since Halloween he has started rolling everywhere - all over the living room.  He plays with all his toys and laughs and is really fun.  The past couple days he has started getting up on his hands and knees for a few seconds...I guess he'll be crawling in no time (and then we'll really be in trouble!). He can sit a little bit, but needs support.  On to the photos!

Pumpkin Carving (and Eating!)

We carved our Jack-o-Lanterns last night.  Nathan wasn't too interested while we were doing it (I had spread some towels out on the living room floor so he could play nearby and watch) since he was practicing his rolling. I think while he was playing he perfected his front-to-back roll, because he got pretty far from us!

But then...I got out his booster seat and let him squish around in the pumpkin guts:

He loved in so much, and kept trying to shovel handfuls into his mouth! He cried when we took it away...heh, maybe it's time to start thinking about solids!  A few more photos (also - check out that tongue!)
